Rico had those and the bottom ones as well. whe nhe was neutered, he was young and the doctor didn't want to take the baby teeth as he was convinced that "nature" would take it's course and the teeth would come out... I managed to get the top ones out. It took much chewing and playing "tug" games with rope toys, etc. The bottom ones are still in and I will have to have a dental done the teeth pulled at that time. It is very expensive where I live and it isn't a problem I do brush and floss his teeth, He does get icky bits stuck sometimes...eww...
If I let the teeth stay I think it will cause trouble when he is older

Yes, & the tooth still may fall out by itself. It will eventually rot out assuming it's still a baby tooth, so I'd wait til your chi has to be put under to get it out or until it HAS to come out.
