Hi everyone!
Well I told everyone a couple weeks ago I was looking for a red long hair chi (because I love Sir Didymus from the Labyrinth movie) and had found 3 to pick from that were adorable that would be my "Diddy".
Well I visited them! I attached the pic of 'puppy A' whom I thought I was going to for SURE take home...but he turned out to be really super mellow, and realy not interested in interaction and turned around and faced the other way. (Serious red flag for personality for me...)
So "Puppy B" is a pup I saw on my way out who was just as fun and playful as my other two were and he is much younger than they were at that age.
He's not as 'fox' looking but so much more fun...so Puppy B picked me as my girls picked me...so it will be a good fit for everyone. I worry Puppy A would just be tooo timid around everyone and I do not want a shy dog.
Did I choose wisely? Thoughts?

It's a meant to be kind of thing when they pick you I have always believed. Gorgeous both of them and you are going to love your little guy.

OMG you soooo made the right choice. Puppy B definitely looks like a Diddy!

Only you know your own pack and what would fit in best with them. When I picked out Chloe to go with Axle who is a ball of energy I asked the breeder to bring out an older dog so I could see how she interacted. Luckly she had an older pup the same age as Axle and it kept steamrolling poor Chloe but she never made a fuss, just picked herself up and kept playing so I knew she would be a good match for Axle.

I can't wait to see more pics of Diddy, he's just gorgeous - chocolate is my fav Chi colour

Yeah for puppies ! Adorable dogs, both. I'm glad you settled on the one that felt like a good fit for your family.

They are both adorable! I love chocolate chihuahuas, especially long coat. I am sure you made the right choice for you. I can't wait to see more pictures.
