Default Oopsie

Well as I posted we found a lilttle guy last saturday that was being chased by kids and hit with sticks.

Well I was sitting on the floor with him today and one of our friends that he knows walked past me very very fast. Well little man growled barked and grabbed him by the pant leg. I snapped my fingers and said no! He let go and looked so frikin sad. Our friend said sorry and leaned over and pet him with no issue.

What is the best way to deal with these types of issues. I know he is prolly still very scared and my friend felt bad when he moved too fast.

I just don't want an agressive Chi. My friend thought that he was protecting me.

I think saying 'no' is a good idea since he is responding to it! He may have felt threatened or was protecting you.

Thanks for the input guys. I jsut don't want to do anything that would scare him anymore than he already has been, but I don't want him to be an agressive bitey little guy either.
