Bought the inflatable donut tonight at our Petco 19.99( sorry local petstore lady, I alway feel like a traitor when I purchase from her competition). It was on an endcap so I figured that was "our sign". Might have to go the onsie route as the cat can just about lick the stitch area (she is a licker). Forgot to look for onsies today when on my initial run ~ senility is settling in... that's for another forum though I guess.

I thought 20 bucks for the inflatable though was a decent price and it's made very well. Will use it on the dog when she gets her spay so I got a double bang for my buck.

You can already see she is 1000 times more at ease with this on than CoS (Cone of Shame) so if nothing else if buys me time to divert her attn when she starts to lick.

Sounds like a good deal to me. If you can use it twice that's even better.

hmm arwen had a inflatable ring she wore around her neck, and because she's so small, she couldn't wear a onsie, however she could reach the incision and scratch with her hind paws, we ended up using rubber bands to secure newborn babie socks to her, it was the only thing that worked, although she wasnt very happy with us about it
