Oh my goodness, she can't have him back!!!! You should block her emails. Rescue organization do this a lot but a breeder shouldn't. The rescuer of my Chi put Jenna in the crate with her Pitbull. Not cool in my opinion, but they did find. The Pitbull rescue told her that she was not allowed to have small dog with the Pitbull or that would take him back.

You should read over the contract you signed to make sure she has no right to take him back. I can't imagine any judge would side with this breeder!

I am a bit confused about the breeder as she obviously knew about you having big dogs before she sold the puppy to you. Don't really get why she would change her mind so suddenly and asking for him back. Since you have paid for your pup there is nothing she really can dog about it.

I dont have a contract with her the deal was hes mine heres your money bye!. Shes been informed if she comes to my door she'll have me to deal with not my big dogs. She knew full well what was here. And id never in a millenium of sundays crate even my big dogs together! everyone has their own dens in my house designed so the others dont intrude peanuts is too small indis is too high and ladys den is the couch through her choice of crate hating. I think its madness to demand that you cant do what you want with your own pets as long as its legal and safe.

If she voted for court etc she'd be laughed out hes more mentally happy here too, her dogs yapped anytime i was on the phone to her he doesnt make a peep unless its mum your phones ringing in the kitchen or mum dads at the door! infact hes hurt the boxer a few times with his nibbling :L!

I have no issue with small and big dogs together. My 55+lb hounds and chis love each other! The hounds protect and watch the chis and adore each other. Now they are always supervised when together! The one I worry about the most is my 11lb cat Huly and his super strong boxing paws! He knows better though!

What? It now dawned on her? To me it sounds like there is an ulterior motive that shes trying to get the dog back, and she is grasping at straws. Like maybe she wants to sell it somewhere else or whatever. In any case...don't worry too much about it because she cant get it back nor proove that he is in a home where he is not cared for properly. What a hypocrite, especially after meeting your dogs.

She has no case in court at all, even if she tried...when push comes to shove...you have never seen her before in your life and she is trying to take away the puppy you found in front of your home one fine day......

Yeah shes gone mad in my eyes, ive noticed his first ad at a higher price than i paid is still up n running but it still says 12weeks and hes now 16weeks n a day so i doubt that would be helping her, either way hes mine and im glad that other people agree with me that dog sizes can mix .

I'm moving soon anyway so she knocks my door she won't get an answer ! honesty would have been her best idea if she said she missed him id have offered to visit her or meet on a walk or something, not for the give me back the puppy cause you have big dogs and he could die!

The way she spoke to me was asif she watched me roll him in biscuits n throw him in Indis dish!, ps indis 7months old now so shes just the size of a small lab not a 25stone pure breed giantic mastiff who has never met a tiny dog.

Everyones dogs are so cute! love the GS and the little hound, my mums fav dogs. Not forgetting the wee chis too

Umm, I have 2 x Mastiff cross R/Ridgebacks & 4 Chi's .... the Mastiffs adore the Chis and are soooooo gentle with them.

The Mastiffs had to be brought inside in an emergency so I didn't get an opportunity of proper, slow introductions, but I knew they would be gentle as they were well socialised, and didn't put a paw wrong, they were ecstatic with their new bros & sis's.

The Chi's hang off the Mastiffs' lips and they just look at each other as much as to say, "Better you than me buddy, it's your turn!"
