This morning i found blood on some paper in the kitchen. I've had a good look at both dogs but cant find anything on them at all. Poppy is only 3 months and Ozzy is 7 shes very small compared to him she only just weighs a kilogram and Oz is 3 and a bit so im suspecting that if its from anyone its might be her.

They've only just started sleeping in the same room I thought they'd be ok because they get on well and cuddle up together although ive only had her about 4 weeks. My vet doesnt open for another two hours but im quite worried

I think maybe Ozzy is in heat or has she been spayed?

Ok that looks like quite a bit of blood, i assume youve checked both pups over for anything obvious? Maybe their mouths too, some rough play might have pulled a tooth out or something? Just guessing here really! Please let us know what the vets say, and give them both a big cuddle! x

Oh sorry! It say "she" and "her" so I thought Ozzy was female. Maybe one of them lost a tooth. Kalisee had quite a bit when she lost one of her teeth.

IF it is a urinary tract infection, watch for one "going' all the time. Ours even did it on the couch! She just jumped up, and then squatted. We knew then something was wrong, and sure enough she had a UTI. It was literally every few minutes at the end. Just drops of blood. Good luck
