Hi everyone! Just curious, what kinds of toys are your dogs favorites? I'd like to get our newest addition some toys, but I can't afford a lot so I would like to make them count. Suggestions?

Toby likes nylabones, which are great for teething. His favorite toys, though, are squeaky toys. Anything that squeaks that is small enough so he can carry it around are his favorite.

Mine like the stuffed/non-stuffed animal kind, and she even steals the human kids toys (). Some strange reasons she doesn't like balls!!!

Aurora loves the rope toys they are great for teething as well for playing.

The no stuffing ones are a hit over here! They have squeakies and are light so they can throw them around.

Douglas dislikes toys generally. I have had good luck taking him to the store and letting him pick them himself. So far he has chosen only 2 things, a stuffed mouse that has a shiny blue scarf on and a stuffingless fox.

My ferrets are less discriminating, they are very fond of small soft things that squeak. I also took them to pick their own toys for a long time although now I can pick okay myself. My larger one likes bigger toy for wrestling. I'm sure a chi would like the same. The overall favorite are these in the tiniest size, Bode sucks on his and sleeps with them (we have every animal they make, the frog is Bode's christmas gift this year). You can also replace the squeakers!
