How long has Noah been on raw? Tearing may be a sign of an allergy, but sometimes dogs new to raw get heavier tearing for a little while because the muscles in their jaw and face are moving so much more, they seem to induce tearing. Is the tearing only happening while he's eating and right after, or is the tearing constant?
Some dogs do have protein allergies, chicken and beef being the most common ones. So, you could try pork, venison, rabbit, turkey, duck or buffalo meat if they're available to you. But if the tearing really only seems to be happening while he's eating, and stops shortly after, you may just want to keep an eye on it for a week or so and see if it lets up on its own.
