Default Another thread today! Weight this time...

Honey weighed 4.25kg at the vets last week, that's about 9.3 lbs.
I've just weighed her now and she is 3.2kg, so 7lbs.
Erm help! Surely it's not right for her to lose a kg in one week? Understand that different scales weigh differently but I weighed her last week on mine and she was only 0.3 of a kg out from the vets weight?!

You'd be able to feel a 2 pound difference. Your scale is acting up I think.
Weigh her again at the vet's and see.

I thought that, my friend also commented she thought she'd lost weight today, that's what made me weigh her tonight.
I weighed myself, which was normal, then picked honey up, and her weight added onto mine was 3.2 every time.
Ill take her to the vets to be sure tomorrow tho

Of course do that. It's free isn't it? Over here I can bring my dogs in and weigh them as many times as I like, which I do.

And Rachel, don't stress about it until you see the result.

Well Rachel, I'm the same way, if a dog of mine lost a whole 2 pounds in one
week, I'd worry. Especially in Chis 2 pounds is a lot! BUT as I said, get the facts
straight first, then worry. Right now there is no need. Let me know how it goes
at the vet's.
