Yikes. Well, I'm hoping nothing got on your property... It could easily just be a harmless empty bottle that got into your yard by accident, but make sure to play it safe. Find another place to have him potty. If at all possible, I'd water down your lawn as much as possible so if there's any antifreeze, it'll at least dilute it.
Yeah I agree with others- it could be that the bottle just blew there on its own or someone was just littering. In the meantime to be safe keep your pup in your sight and off that area of lawn. You can water the area down with a hose to dilute it, I wouldn't want a wild animal licking it up either. Anti freeze is nasty stuff. Too bad its not summer, I am sure your lawn is dead being in Vermont and it being winter, but you would know if any was actually dumped in summer because the lawn would be dead in a few days.
