At home I flush Toby's down the toilet. On walks, it goes in a bag and into the dog waste baskets that are scattered around.

My parents put there's in the garbage. They live in a super rural area. No one has ever complained and it's been a year.

I take kleenex out and pick up the poo from the yard and flush it down the toilet. Same for indoor poo.

We use eco-friendly bags that get thrown in our apartment complex's dumpster. I don't think you are breaking any laws by throwing them in your own trash can

Since they go on puppy pads it goes down the toilet. Because of this they seem to think they're not allowed to go the toilet outside, which is fine by me because I'd rather I didn't have to deal with poop scooping outside or having to leave pee around.
