Chloe is feeling better today. She hasn't thrown up since yesterday. She ate yesterday around 12:00. She ate enthusiastically. She didn't eat very much dinner, and now she hasn't eaten anything so far today. This is VERY unlike her. She usually loves eating and even gets excited when we say the word eat. What should I do? Should I try to give her something different?

I wouldn't worry too much she knows if she's hungry or not,after her being so sick she probably needs to rest her tummy,make sure she's drinking enough

I agree. Unless she is a baby. Then you got to get something into her for low blood sugar. An adult can handle not eating for 12-24 hours.
