How is her health? How are her teeth?
Does she have any behavioral or physical issues?
Perhaps something is preventing her from enjoying certain things.

Odie LOVES chicken necks. Your girl might take awhile to realize that it's food if she hasn't eaten raw before. Definitely not a toy, but great for her teeth if she won't chew on anything else. Odie is not a chewer either, except for raw bones and bullies.

My heeler won't play. She hates toys.

She loves raw bones though and once in a while will chase another dog around.

Update! Tia loves chew treats that are smaller! I broke a duck jerky treat in half the other day and she chewed it! Still only loving belly rubs and no toys, but I am slowing figuring out what she likes!

I haven't had much luck in interesting Butterbean in playing with anything, though I've only had her a couple of months now, and she is starting to act friskier in the mornings. Today she even squeaked her little duckie. She has a varying interest in chew things, with pig ears being her clear favorite, and bully sticks, beef ears, hoof, and antler getting inconsistent interest on her part. When I put her favorite treats in a kong toy, though, she really goes to town on it.

Both my dogs are very food motivated, so they will always go after a Kong. But as far as any other toy, you can forget it. They'll play with toys IF I play with them, but left on their own they have zero interest. The only thing Tango does with toys (and they have to be a certain size and shape) is to hump them.....so you can be sure I'm VERY careful what I get

They do like to chew on CET chews, and any other doggie food chew or treat, but it has to be actual food or at least retain enough food flavor that they continue to be convinced there's food there........they won't be fooled by Nyla bones or any other dental chew that isn't actually food.

Have you tried making toys out of old clothes or socks. Jaxx loves his toys but he also loves old clothes and socks that I have braided into ropes. I think it helps that these items have been worn by us so he likes them because it smells like us
