I have given him some chicken today, thought it would be better for his tummy.
He hasn't vomited again, but he hasn't passed any stool and refuses to drink so thats a bit worrying.
I tried to give him some water with a syringe, but he didn't take that much of it.

Jasper had gooey bloody diarrhea about a month ago. It scared the bajeebus out of me when I first saw the blood! I automatically assumed the worst. But a Vet friend told me blood in dog's stool is very common...turns out it had happened after I switched his hard food to wet food. I was told to give him rice with cottage cheese and grilled chicken for a few days until it cleared up, and sure enough it did! Maybe try that?
When Tallulah was ill and wouldn't drink she would lick ice cubes from my hands, it's not much but got a bit of water in her, hope Gucci is better soon x
add a liittle bit of water to the food a teaspoon with every 4 meals or 5 small meals and syringe 3 ml and don't worry if no poops for a 2 days since you had to fast your chi tummy was empty
Just a quick update
He is much better now, no more diarrhoea but his poop is still has something like mucus in it.
But he is running around and is his usual self
still 3 tablets left so I am hoping he will fully recover after the course
He didn't mind the ice cubes, but loved the chicken broth so that gave him some fluids
his nose is still dry at times though
