Other healthy chew treats are dried chicken feet, tripe sticks, hooves and antlers.

I had to switch my girls to elk antlers after I found out what bully sticks really were. Not to be a prude, but my girls like to kiss me and the kids and after becoming "informed" that just wasn't going to happen. NASTY!!

Not trying to hijack the thread but are all Bully Sticks ok? I got some awhile back from Wilco here and my pups love them! They do swallow pieces and that is ok??

They will swallow pieces. Just supervise them to make sure the pieces don't get too small that they could choke on the bully stick.
I won't buy bully sticks that are made anywhere except the US or Canada but that is any treats or chews for me
