All I see is a dog that is not happy being held up like that for the photograph. I think he is trying to force a show-type stance, to show her off and failing miserably. She isn't thin or ill, or obviously neglected. Yes, puppy farms are awful, but there are a lot of dogs out there in far worse condition than this one. Just having 3 breeds does not make him a puppy farmer. TBH most puppy farm bitches would be in far, far worse condition after just weaning a litter. The RSPCA are powerless to stop puppy farming, it isn't illegal. They will only intervene if the dogs are not being fed/watered or are in obvious ill-health and not receiving treatment.

Instead of going off the deep end and assuming the worst, why dont you just try to give the benefit of the doubt to this individual, it seems he is trying to rehome the dog because he's aware his current situation does not provide the most adequate home for her, that's actually a good thing to do!

Hopefully she'll be scooped up in no time, she's cute looking and his price for the UK seems good.

Update.... RSPCA can not look into this as i cannot provide them with a door number only a postcode.

I agree with what wicked pixie and kitty d are saying. I wanted to give this man the benefit of the doubt and i still do but i got a friend who is also a chi owner to contact this man for a second opinion and he has given completely different information about the dog with only a couple of tiny things being similar. I really hope i am competely wrong about this and that i am blowing it all out of proportion but i would feel so much better if RSPCA or anyone could just check, just incase.

There are so many excellent breeders and owners out there and i know cruelty cases are a minority and i do agree there are dogs in far worse situations and conditions. I am just really concerned and it wont leave my mind
