So, I think my little girls are bored!!! They don't want to play with their toys, they laze around the office sleeping all day....they only perk up when I get down on the floor and play WITH them, which I'm happy to do every chance I get, but can't be their constant entertainment! They are going on 5 mos old....suggestions?

Don't they play with each other? I know our little doggies love playing with us more than anything, but it's strange they don't play with each other.

I would suggest some quality walks,not just potty breaks but long walks for socialization and bonding with the pups.
I find that after Jaxx has a long walk he either sleeps or entertains himself with his toys.

Walk walk walk! As long as they have their full series of shots. Do you have space for them to run and play together outside, or any friends with dogs?

Walk them when you can, hard to do in bad weather, but even 10 min wears mine out

REALLY?! Wanna trade?? My Stella doesn't get worn out til we're out for at least 45 min of walk/run time. And I think it only happens that fast b/c she spends the whole time trying to keep up with or ahead of my big dogs There are definitely days when I wish 10 min was enough! lol

Thanks for all the good feedback - I guess I should clarify a little more about their daily routine....they come to work with my husband and I (we manage a business together), so they are in the office with me all day long. We do take several walks a day, which they enjoy, but are still getting used to the leash/harness thing, so are not always so excited to get "suited up" to go out! It's only during the day that they are so low-key....once we get home, it's non-stop playing, wrestling, chasing, with each other (and us) until bed time. So, I guess my concern is their low energy during the day at work.....
