I was just curious if the lady I got Sammy from was truthful about his age. From what I have been reading on here it says that they usually lose their first teeth around 4 to 5 months. He is the first chi that I have ever had so I was curious to know if anybody else's chi's lost teeth around 3 months.
Another thing that makes me think that the lady was dishonest is when I took him in for his second needle the vet said that he was pretty aggressive for being so young (10 weeks at the time according to the birthday I was told). Don't get me wrong he is not by any means aggressive but he just didn't like that vet at all lol and was growling and trying to nip at him.
Lastly the birth date that she told me along with the birth date on the vet papers from his first vaccination, that she took him to, were different, she gave me some lame excuse as to why they were different. So now that I think about it, it kinda seems like she was trying to pass off "older" puppies for being only 8 weeks old. Not that it changes my opinion on Sammy at all but why would she do this??? As you can tell I didn't get him from a reputable breeder

and now I kinda wish I had. My husband purchased him for me for Christmas and found him on Kijiji
So for all of you chi experts out there any "secret" way of telling how old a puppy is lol silly question but i'm curious!!!
Thanks in advance for your help.
