Hihi...poor baby I think I saw Victoria from "it's me or the dog" say that you should try to not exite her to much...hihi..just keep yourself and her calm until outside, hehehe...but this was for a dog who did it when their owner had visitors over and the dog got so happy, hehe..she said to ignore the dog when your guest first walk in to see you..something like that..but them again, I don't know when your dog does it...so hard to tell...is it all the time or when she gets visitors?
Our Gidget does this. It started after she was spayed. She rarely does it with company--it's mostly when we have been gone for awhile and come home. She is so excited to see us. The funny thing is she will hold it until someone gives her attention/says "hello" to her, then she will immediately flip over on her back and start peeing. We have learned not to give her attention/speak to her until we have put down anything we have in our hands and gotten a paper towel and walked her over to a floor area off any throw rugs. Then when we begin to speak to her and she flips over, we quickly put the paper towel over her area where she pees and catch it in the paper towel. Either we have it down to a science or she is getting much better because it doesn't seem to be the problem it was when she was younger. She will be 2 yrs old this May. We had her spayed at 6 months old.

My Pixie does this. She only does it if I leave the house and then come back after awhile and she's excited to see me. If I pick her up right away or show her attention, she will pee so I try to let her calm down or let her outside without picking her up
I had a big dog that was like that. The key is not to give them eye contact or attention right away. I would take her outside to do her business first, then bring her back in and shower her with love and kisses!
