NC Chi's need help!
this was on one of my lists...
I have been in touch with a shelter lady this week, who has 4 chis that are on the road to euthanasia. I approached Chi Rescue and Retirement, but they are full, and will not help. Does anyone have any ideas for us? Iwould like to save them if I can, but just can't do the vet bills myself. Know any other rescues? Have room for one yourself? Let me know if so, please. (704)900-7850. This is the most recent communication I had from her:
Winston and Harry were tested last week before they were neutered and both are heartworm positive. Sinclair went to the vet on Friday and the mass on his belly is a hernia. Chica is still here also. We have finally figured her out. She loves men best, but appears to be cage aggressive. She is perfectly happy when you get her out thought. She would do best as a single, older person's lap pet. Let me know what you want to do!
Thanks,
Deena
