Hello, I'm Liz I have been a long time lurker of this forum and have a two year old longhaired chihuahua named Charlie I decided to finally join up today because I am trying to find a home for a old lady's chi. The dogs name is Chester. He is a 5 year old male, short haired, black and white chihuahua. The only dogs homes that have room for him are 'kill shelters' and his owner (an elderly lady in her late 80's) can no longer cope with him. He is a happy friendly boy, and is always desperate for a fuss but he can get snappy when being forced to do things he doesn't want to do (which I'm sure with some training and a bit of love he can get out of) he also has a housebreaking problem which I'm sure can also be fixed simply with a little training and being taken out for walks (his owner is unable to leave the house to walk him) Someone please give him a home or I fear this little dog will end up being put to sleep I would take him myself but my parents have said I cannot take in another dog. All he needs is someone who has time for him and he'll become your best friend just like my chihuahua Charlie has to me Chester is currently located in Stoke on trent in staffordshire UK. i have pictures but im not sure how to add them! xxxx

Oh that is so sad for wee Chester!! What is he like with other dogs....? That information may go a long way to him being re-homed successfully....
