This is so heartbreaking!! I saw it yesterday, when a facebook friend shared this, and it of course brought me to tears. I am SO thrilled for Billy that he now has a wonderful, loving home and an amazing Dad, but to know that there are so many more horrible puppy mills out there is just heartwrenching!

This is so sad I cried while watching this kudos to Adam and the Humane Society for what they do to give animals the chance for a better life. I loved Billy in the end he looks so happy I can't believe how mean people can be to animals who have done no wrong or understand why they are being punished.

Animal cruelty is something I will never understand. There are no words to describe these type of people, I am so pleased billy found his forever home!

Awe so sad as I wipe the tears away. I am so torked at people like this. It is not right and they need to have stricter laws in place to help prevent this and give the people what they deserve.

So sad. These monsters should be locked up! It's unbelievable how cruel people can be. All they see are dollar signs!

I just don't have the heart & strength to watch the video. There's just too much disgustingness in this world & I feel helpless & powerless to it.
