That is heartbreaking. I can't even believe that there are people in this world that would treat another living being that way! Disgusting. They basically get off without any jail time or fines here too.

So glad that that little guy found a home though. Dogs are amazing.

It is not people who do this...they are not human. They are monsters, disturbed
creatures, driven by money, greed, they feel no compassion, they have no morals.
