Default head shy

my breeder has just started getting into showing (so far the one she has being shown has 3 points so far yay! so exciting) well the male that she just got from a show breeder is an older male and has 2 points under his belt. well i am begining to see why she sold him. he seems to be head shy. he walks great, he looks amazing and you can touch him everywhere but when you get to his neck and head he squinches his eyes shut and ducks his head down. how can i help him get over that? and besides getting them used to being touched, taught to walk on lead and stand on the table what tips can anyone give me?

i like to teach mine in the comfort of there own home as well as ring classes it helps alot

i put them on there show lead and walk them around the back garden like tey would in the ring

then put them on the table and go over them and i get friends and family to as well so they et used to different people approaching them and going over them

i find what else is good is involving them with like going to the shops and stuff so lots of different people see them and come over for a stroke thats helping with ruby as she is shy in every aspect but learning fast

thanks a bunch! i'm so worried about why billy is so head shy. i was petting him today and when i got up to that area he screeched and ducked his head. he was checked out at the vet, there's no ear infections or anything like that. poor thing. i wonder if he was hit or anything before....
