I am assuming this means absolutely less than nothing. Would I be correct? It means American Pet Registry... I got the papers in the mail yesterday that said I could have MY picture on his certificate. Seems like a big scam to me.

Only american registry that I Know is worth paper it's printed on in AKC, but some of our US members might be able to correct me on that.

I wondered when I got the papers and it said I could have my picture on the certificate whether I could get my OWN papers. lol Said the owner had to verify whether or not the said applicant was a purebred or not. My husband probably would call me that but I'm really just a mutt
