He did well on the walk but he had a melt down on the stacking. I never have high expectations as I want it to be fun and learning experience win or lose. as far as I am concerned win or lose he will allways be my champ. Back to class, practice and onward

thats a good plan! showing should ALWAYS be a good experience (or at least seem like one) to your pet, especially the first few shows

Thats great I am glad you had a good time. She will get more used to it and stack better the more expierence you guys get.

Sounds like Blaze is definitely getting there - doing well on the walk is really good progress, and I'm certain you'll get there together in the end

My trainer is rather biased, as she is a great believer in clicker training, but she thinks that using a clicker is one of the easiest ways to get a dog to stack well, so if you don't already use clicker training, it might be worth a try...

But well done to Blaze on not completely freaking out - what a big, brave boy... Your Mummy is obviously very proud
