Lotus and I had our 2nd Ringcraft class yesterday and did better last week. She shakes the entire time! She's a lot mire sociable than she was but the problem is they are all big dogs there (I live in a big dog town) anyway the big dogs (next smallest fog was a bulldog, then springer, then boxer) bark ferociously at everyone and lotus hides or goes to sleep. It also in a vvvvvv small hall so I think she's mire intimidated than she would be!

Anyway I'm happy to keep taking her there because I know in the long run it's good for her BUT I wanna find a class where there are more smaller sized dogs so she can get her confidence a bit better!

Does anyone know of any semi locally to me?? My current one is 40 mins drive and that's the closest so I don't wanna go too much further! I live in Kent but on the SE London borders!

The only specifically small dog one i know of is the little legs one in wembley but thats prob quite a way from you - and i think the one i go to would be over an hour from you there were quite a few chis there last night but lots of big dogs too - all 3 of the ringcraft classes near me are mainly big dogs

I really can't see her gaining any confidence with a bunch f boisterous large dogs urgh

Louise mentioned Stevenage but that's forever away too and I'll be zoning out on the way home!! It's a pain really coz they lunge towards her when she's attempting to walk and she puts the breaks on and growls!!!

I think it'd help if the hall wasn't so small it's tiny you can only walk up and down last night they tried running two dogs next to each other and it was carnage!! Urgh

Theres one in Shoreham, but thats a long way from you too - I'll give them a call later for you and see if theres another that specialises in small dogs! I know there is one at least in Kent but not sure where!

Ok I know where Bromley is - I'll give them a call this evening and let you know if there is one in that area - The shoreham one isnt taking new members at the moment, but if you want to go there i'll let you know when they are - Maisie and I are on their waiting list!!!

I thought it was odd there's a waiting list there isn't according to their site

The shoreham by sea one is having a new class opening, hence the waiting list - Id forgotten there were two shorehams, Sorry!
