My 3 mth old Chico goes through 15 min biting sprees where he will bite everything any anything in his path. It seems like it comes out of no where and than he calms down. Is this normal? He is teething so I thought maybe his teeth really bug him at night and that's why he becomes so out of control? Any thoughts?

He's still a baby & yes he's teething so I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's common for puppies to have spurts of playful energy like this.
