I HAVE ALWAYS BITTEN MY NAILS AND I HATE IT!
but whenver i try and stop i get them long(ish) and then i get a chip in one and bite them all off.
i have tried all the stop biting nail varnishes but i end up some how finding a way to destory them!
does anyone have any tips?!

I bite my nails. I used to get them done and loved them but recently quit. I said I wasn't going to start but they were so thin from getting them done for so long that they broke easily. Now I am back to biting.

hey i bite mine too, heres what I do,
I go get them done, the pretty polish makes me not want to bite them as much..

or: dip your fingers in olive oil it makes them taste HORRIBLE and you won't dare bite them! lol

i used to bite my nails but i brought this stuff called "nail the habit" from boots that you have to dip ur finger in this sponge in a tub and twist it it makes your nails very shiny and looks like clear nail polish and it stops the white lines in your nails it stops you from biting your nails b/c everytime you put your nail in your mouth you get a horrible tatse and because its made to "nail the habit" causes no harm to you or your fur baby
