Well, I only started this week ... but already I've had a roast beef dinner and a couple of chocs.
I am soooo weak ... and the thing is, when I was younger, I used to LOSE my appetite when I was depressed or down. Now I eat for everyone on the forum and don't think about consequences until after.
What I've found though, and I'll probably start doing again, is that when I write down what I've eaten it's a LOT better for me.
So we'll see how it goes ... I'm still going to weigh in tomorrow, even though I know I'll be disappointed.
