Default Chineese slimming tea (Fei Yan)

Does anyone else use this?
I was recommended it by a friend and now i swear by it.
It says on the box its meant to "Also called Fei Yan Herbal Tea, or Flying Feather Slimming Tea, is a caffeine free natural herbal tea intended to suppress appetite, detoxify the body, get ride of extra fat and improve metabolism."

It certainly speeds up the metabolism, my friend said it really helps her reduce bloatedness aswell. Ive read its also meant to have other benefits such as reduce greasy skin and hair, and improve energy.
The one thing i would say, is sometimes it can cause a bit of a stomach ache.
If any one else tries make sure u shop around i original paid £20 ($34) for 40 tea bags from dr and herb, but you can find 40 tea bag on ebay for as cheap as £5 or about $7

Let me know if anyone else has tried it
mia
