mia's diet (again)
Last year I went from 156lbs to 124lbs, I did mainly weight watchers to loose it, and it was quite a slow process think it took me from november-june. But it was a slow easy diet I guess.
Ne way ive started dieting again, as i went back up to 135.5 pounds. Im going low cal this time.
ive lost 2lbs so far, and my goal is 119. So 14 lbs to go. cant wait

How tall are you? Just wondering, cause I'm at 140 right now, and my average weight when I used to be thin was around 120. I want to lose it so badly and get back down there.... How are you doing it? WW again, or just watching more closely the amount of food you take in?

Im 5ft 4.5, how tall are you?
at 125, I obviously didnt feel fat, but as im a pear shape I still wasnt happy with my bottom half, Id like to get to the stage where I can stop and go out and flaunt it! lol
I just want skinny jeans. Im hoping 119 will do it.
Im doing low cal and so watching what I eat, but ww is pretty much also a low cal diet, so im using principles from that, like trying to fill up on veg (that was point free on ww)
Are you thinking of starting dieting too? I think summer is a great time to do it, as its easier to eat less, and also go out and actualy do excercise

If you were in the states I think you'd have to get a doctors note to be that low in your weight on WW. Since WW rounds up, you'd be considered 5'5". Your BMI has to be already near or below 20

hmm im pretty sure my bmi is 22.5, I think they recommend to be between 20-23 as a woman.
and lowest weight for my height in the healthy range is around 113
as im fairly small framed.
I do remember some kind of lowest weight rules for the uk weight watchers, just checked the lowest weight theyll take on for my height is 128, altho i guess that doesnt matter, as Im a gold member, im just to embarrased to go back lol

just noticed in the diet gruop thread that ur following ww, it is a great diet, my meetings were held over a pub though, it was soo embarrasing, as all the men would stare at all the women suddenly walking through the pub, and youd then hear a general murmur of explanation as to why we were there,I remember one time I heard a guy say "oh its the fat club" hated that!
I used to live off veg soup and butternut squash chips (infact think ill have some tonight )

I'm 5'3-1/2", so just an inch shorter than you! I'm in the same boat, I want to be able to get off my bum and go out and look good! I currently weigh 140 or so, I havent checked in a couple weeks. We both know that this isn't a horrible weight for our height, but I have some excess fat in areas I don't want it! My problem is that I need to become active again... I was walking three to six miles a day for a couple weeks, and I felt great. I even lost some weight from that. I just have to get back into that routine again!
The WW diet definitely works if you stick to it! My aunt who used to weigh about 270 at 5'6" is now 135, and skinnier than me! She's 50 and looks amazing! I walk up to her and start talking like "hey hottie, what are you doing later?" She's thinks it's the funniest thing ever! It's just amazing to see her like that, cause I've always known her as just another fat lady in my family.... All the women in my family are at least 250 (of course except one now).... and I don't want to be that big. So I always try to watch what I eat for the most part, and I think I may just go on a walk later with my boy for two miles or so. Sounds good. (^_^) Gotta start small...
