I've been on it all month since they changed my meds! Whatcha got in mind? I'm doing the carb counting thing now, and I'm trying to exercize 30 minutes a day. I'm pretty consistant with the food thing, but the exercize is a whole seperate issue!

I just plan on working out & eating less & better I can't do low carb it confuses me on my insulin & my blood sugar goes wonky. I just want to lose about 8 pounds but I also want to look better so I'll be using the bowflex too.

Also Holly are you on thyroid meds I know alot of diabetics have those problems too. I have since I was a kid.

No....the endo ran a bunch of tests last month because my thyroid is enlarged, but it all came back okay.
I've been eating a lot less since they changed my insulin last month. It cut my appetite in half, and I've lost 3 pounds. If I could lost 4 or 5 more I would be thrilled. I know it doesn't sound like much, but I'm only 5 ft tall, and at that size 5 pounds can make a huge difference.
I've been swimming every day...I was riding my bike, but it's gotten too hot for that!

Alisha I'm in. I gained ten pounds back from what I was a year ago. I had gone from 159 to 118 on Weight Watchers and once lifetime convinced myself that I didn't need meetings because I'd had a year of them and knew what I was doing. I've started to eat better and have mentally been counting points but I need to start using my palm to track them again. Those little nibbles here and there add up to alot of calories Being a size 2 is definately more fun (and I felt great too)
