Ok I'm on WW and my hubby is as well. He told me that when you put in fat & fiber you don't put in the grams you have to mutiply it by the % of daily allowance or whatever is this true ? I can't find that info anywhere allthough he told he said he saw that
ummmm, not to argue but to get your points for a certain food, you use your calculator or you can use one online like this: http://www.alexnolan.net/onlinetools...calculator.htm and enter the calories, grams of fat and fibre and it will give you how many points the food is.

So your saying you just add the grams right I don't want it to be the other way my hubby said that & I thought that's just crazy I don't want to be doing extra calculations
Ok NM I got it I went to that board you told me about they explained if you want to make sure your diet is balanced then you could do it the other way but the points plan you don't need to.
I have been on WW since March so I am getting to be a pro at this points thing lol. I just wanted to tell you be sure to check what a serving is on the package.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention the WW dinners taste pretty good and lots of the Subs from Subway have low points. Thats how I have stuck with it this long. I go to Subway for lunch and its only 5-6 points for a 6 inch Chicken breast or Turkey sub.
