Default Something I have realised....

After moving to a real dorm/flat thingy with an actual kitchen and not a lame excuse for a kitchen the size of a dinner plate, I have been able to cook all my meals, with fresh ingridients and stuff. Healty meals to say the least.
Well yesterday I made this uncle benīs meal (from a jar), after my boyfriend had begged me to get it while we where out shopping, because it was really cheap. Well, first off the meal just made me feel ill looking at it. No identifiable vegitable in it, just red mush. And an hour or two later we both got headaches and our tummies where feeling unwell. Over the past half a year I have totally banned processed food from our diet, so my theory is that all the addictives and food colouring just totally upset our systems. I donīt know if I am making sense to anyone, but this has totally put me off this sort of food for good.

I am back in school next week, and I hope I will have the time to cook big meals. It would be so cool if someone could make something like dog food for humans. Student chow or busy-working-mother chow....Just pure goodness....in a can!
But anyway thank goodness for vegetabels, you donīt need to cook them. Some low fat dressing and there yaīgo.
