hey this is normal procedure!! nobody continues to lose the weight !!
everybody reach that plateau and then you must really really hold on there although i know it's difficult!!
maybe change eating pattern , do a different excercise or more of it.
if you don't give up there i know for sure , you will lose more weight!!
you are doing great!!

kisses nat

Also remember the slower you lose weight the more likely it is to stay off.Ive just changed our eating habits and have Mike and i have lost a stone each.

Oh I know that feeling and its so frustrating!
Apparently, when we lose weight, the weight drops off initially, but then reaches a plateau as our bodies go into survival mode...our metabolism actually slows down, as it would if there was a famine, it tries to stop us from losing the weight!
But, keep holding in there, because it does eventually begin to lose again, just make sure you are burning up lots of calories in exercise..a little a day helps, even a 30 min walk...
I am with you, I am in the same boat!
Good luck!
