Went back to my gp

I am returning in half hour for some bloods to be taken (LFT U&E thyroid HBA1C and more)

I have another appointment next thursday to discuss results.

I will be going onto to meds to PREVENT my migraines

AND

the nurse is singing me up for exercise on prescritopn, which is 15 weeks FREE at the gym in the health enter

she was lovely today, the nurse, and said she will do all she can to help me feel better physically and mentally.

It was soooo nice to finally feel someone listened to me.

thanks, I've had all these tests done time and time again before, but I guess they have to start somewhere and at least I felt listened to today.

Yeah me too hun I know how you feel.

If the tests come back neg and you still feel bad , please push to see a CFS clinic thats what I have done and have finally been diagnosed and put on a program with an occupational therapist
