Sooo I am starting to get broken blood vessels in my face.. they have always run in my family (mom , dad, aunt, grandpa).. and I was wondering if anyone recommends any creams for this. I know there are laser surgeries you can get to to help get rid of them but I am not sure I am ready for that step.

I am only 20 years old lol! Grr... my families skin!!



I know creams with vitamin K are said to be helpful, but if I am going to spend like 30 bucks on cream I want to make sure its some good stuff

I saw on tv once there was this cover up cream that was bright green it covers things like strawberry marks etc, that might work?

edited to say doesnt go green on face......magic cream.

I suggest:

Take Vitamin C tablets in the morning.
Wear HI SPF sunscreen ALL THE TIME. Do not leave your house without sunscreen on your face. Try to wear hats whenever possible, or carry a parasol.
Apply a Vitamin C ointment during the day if you can find it.
Don't smoke. If you have fair skin, that will do you in for sure.
At night, take some Vitamin K & Fish oil tablets. They are stinky so make sure you have a good drink or food before hand. You don't want to be burping those about here and there.
Also, apply Vitamin E and Cocoa butter to your face at night after you get out of the shower.

You can get alot of these products for a low price online. Vitamins are always on sale at places like Rite Aid.

You might also want tlo look into changing your diet and drinking more water.
