Default TrimSpa

It really works...In 15 days I have lost 9lbs In 10 I lost 5 and in 5 more days I lost 4 more pounds. I take trimspa 2 times a day and only eat twice a day I drink Diet Soda I have my sweet day where I will eat somthing sweet but somthing good sweet like a special K bar which is REALLY good and healthy for you. Which I will have to stop because I am a diabetic now but I am not much one for a sweet tooth so I can do without sweet stuff. I really suggest Trimpspa to anyone but before using please check with your docter.

How does Trim Spa work?
And does anyone know if it is availavle in Australia?

I just cant get rid of these 4 kgs (around 8-9lbs) I want to loose! Its so disheartening cause I have really been trying!

anyone else used Trim Spa and liked it?

Do you find it has any side affects TeresaAnn20?
And what happens when you want to stop taking it? Does that mean you just put all the weight back on!

Sorry for all the questions!!

I am not really sure about what happens if you stop taking it. With any diet you come off I think its best to keep eating healthy and doing what you got to do to keep the weight off.

I have had NO side effects whatsoever

Trimspa swells in your stomick making you eat less and feel hungery less. Its a fat burner and rises your energy level to go out and burn some more fat off.

Thanks, I was always curious...I thought it would work since the huge change on Anna Nicole (that's the one right?)...and so far I haven't heard any bad comments about it...but I wasn't convinced...lol..I will have a chat with my doctor

I've actually tried TrimSpa and Herbalife and whatever else you could name...LOL. The only one that ever worked for me was the ones with epedra in it, but now it's illegal and also really unhealthy. But with Anna Nicole Smith, she used TrimSpa but also only ate fruits and salads. But naturally anyone who eats only salads and fruits is bound to lose weight. If you really want to go healthy and lose weight at the same time, try the zone diet. Jennifer Aniston is on this way of eating (not diet because it really isn't you just lose weight from eating properly). My manager is also on it and has gone froma size 8 to size 0.

I'm lazy, not into diets or fixing meals because of them! The fastest way for me to lose the extra pounds i have would be about a month at the gym!... but somehow i don't have the time nor the money...membership costs are insane around here...and i'm not in a hurry

I think a cheaper way of making you feel fuller is eating apricots. I think if you stop using it, your body has become customed to doing it so when you stop i would expect some weight comes back on. In a way your body is being lazy and thinks it can rely on it. I think the best old way is stick to a good healthy diet and a lottle more exercise.
