hiya - my sister is a nutritionist so i think i have quite good advice to give.
Over here you have to be 14 to join the gym obviously not being able to use all the equipment. i am 14, 15 in september and i am 8 stone, i dont consider myself overweight and not to sound bigheaded but i am not. I think the world is obsessed with image and everytime you open a magazine you see a stick thin model, which pressures young girls like us to feel obliged to be that way. I also have the pump it up dvd work out which is good fun, i saw the corrie one and passed on it lol, its great you can have a little dance to it, and its all with music so it is alot better than a normal workout. I think you should eat healthy anyway, but i cant say alot as i eat crisp chocolate the lot, but being a particularly active teenager im not so worried as my matabolism will burn that off. I do P.E once a week (1hr and a half) a school and walk to school and back(takes roughly 15 mins to get there), and i feel i'm ok eating my crisp and chocolate as long as i also eat my veggies, and dont over indulge. I know you probably think i hear this all the time, but i think your weight is completely normal most people will say so, also i dont believe in diets. have you seen Posh lately - how sick does she look! Have you seen Kelly Brook lately - now she looks great! Which one would you rather be? Maybe if you ever get the bus, take a walk instead, or try and chose the fruit bag instead of the cookie. Good Luck!
