i noticed many people here have tried WW and are quite happy with the results, has any one tried jenny craig? or both?
whats the difference and which in your opinions is better?
i really wanna lose weight and have quite a few pounds to lose... and want to see which is the best way to start.

I love weight watchers. It's less expensive, you can still eat out. Jenny Craig is pricey. The food is decent but you can really only eat their food. WW for me is much more flexible for my lifestyle. I also think that you can maintain better on WW than JC. Just my thoughts. Good luck girl. We'll be rooting for you.

thank you so much. ive gained quite a bit of weight with illness and not being able to be as active. and now i just cant do this anymore. i am getting worse because of it. so i need to lose the weight now. im desperate. if i dont take control right now. its not going to get better or even stay the same... its going to get much much much worse.
