Default very dry skin

could anyone recomend a face cream for very dry skin, and i mean flakey dry, i cant even wear tinted moisturiser as its turning out flakey

anyone please

Have you tried the Oil Of Olay night "cream", that is what works best for me when I am really dry...

Emulave and Aveeda which are available in chemists do good moisturisers for very dry skin- also be a good idea to use their cleansers. A lot of cleansers can really dry out your skin too.

My dermatoligist always reccomends Aveeno

Amanda I get REALLY dry skin and the best moisturisers I've found are good old Nivea cream in the big blue pot. its really rich and thick.
and another brilliant one is Ponds Dry Skin cream. Smells lovely and isn't quite so thick and greasy as Nivea.

both are about £3 for a decent sized pot and do an awesome job x

Try e45 cream.. I think thats meant to be good for dry skin... Ive noticed my normally combination skin seems to have got dry and flaky recently..maybe its the cold weather?? x xx

I use Sudo-Crem? lol its sounds weird but my face is ok and its usually spot free too!! Morning & night i use it
