who has been watching My big fat diet show?
i really want one of the calorie pedometer thing
that tells you how many calories youve lost in a day and stuff.

but, all i can find are the step pedometers
does anyone know where i can find one?
i would be very greatful, as this year is all about getting healthy and getting rid of my double chin, and the flabby stomach i seem to have gained in the last 2 years i really hate them. lol

where i work we sell a Carta Sport Digital Pedometer (JS206B) which tells you how many calories you've burnt also some Polar heart rate monitor watches show calorie counts but they can be quite pricey
