I've lost 13 pounds with exercise and reducing calories.
I'm eating healthy food, unprocessed as much as possible, and I've cut out
junk food (occasionally Chocolate, but I"m only human....beer on the weekend, I"m only a Man)
It worked for Stella, now it's working for me. There are no gimmicks
to overcome the basic math: Less Calories in + More Calories burned =
