Tendinitis?
Had a doctors appointment today - Couldn't move my wrist at all, so couldnt put it off any longer!
Apparently I have Tendinitis, but in all honesty I have no clue what its all about - Or how long it'll take to heal! Does anyone else have any experience with it as the doctor didnt explain a thing!

Ouch it sounds painful - I have trouble with my wrists but nothing that needs an injection. Hope you better soon. BTW I have heard that if the cortesone injection hurts it's been done properly - a few people I know have had it done and the ones who said it didn't hurt said the pain didn't go away but the ones who said it hurt said it took away the pain

Have u thought about physio to keep the tendons stretched?? Your gp should be able to refer you. I need to go for my shoulder as since I dislocated it it's not been right!! I'm far to young to be clicking!!! So I like to think and I'm at risk of osteoporosis so funny about my bones

Ive been given a sheet of excersizes to do at home instead - The physio here has a 6 month waiting list unless I go private, which I cant afford.
