I've never had good nails until recently I stopped biting them and they really grew. Several of them have broke off now which i hate and i am looking for a good hardener.
I am a liscensed cosmetologist so I have gotten a decent hardener at the beauty supply but it is just not doing it for me. I've lost 3 nails on my right hand.
Any suggestions for a good one?

Have you tried OPI Nail Envy?
There are also foods you can eat that help strengthen your nails,
such as fish, seafood, eggs, walnuts, cheese and whole grains.
Vitamin E, B6, B7, B12 and C will all improve the quality of your nails.

My mom uses the OPI Nail envy and her nails are so nice! I'd recommend that too if you haven't tried that!

Try taking glucosamine tablets too. I started taking them for osteoarthritis as they r suppose to help strengthen bones or something & I noticed that my nails grew fantastic, really long & strong

I think it's more genetics than anything. But one thing I do know that works is prenatal vitamins. You can get them anywhere vitamins are sold.
