I did this same thing sometime last month. You can trust LS to give you great advice. She helped me a whole lot when I was feeling very very bad. I can also try to help. I'm going through some stuff right now too.

I'm confused... I agree I'm assuming the OP changed her mind and Edited/Erased it..

Know that there are a lot of us here who suffer anxiety issues and if you want to talk we'd be glad to help! On the same hand; I also know that sometimes just writing everything out (even without sharing) can be a huge help. Whatever the case may be, I hope you're feeling better.
