I thought we could use this post to share some of our low fat or diet tips
Ok so some of mines are -
Tuna is low in fat so eat that with a baked potato, in brown bread with salad for a low fat lunch, add some red onion which is good for your blood! Infact all fish is good except the chippys type so if you are a fish lover eat more of it
Cottage Cheese is good for dieting rather than normal cheese never tasted it!
Natural yoghurt with some bits of bannana into it makes nice low fat desert!
toast and beans, toast and scrambled eggs - rosemary clooney suggests this as a low fat meal/snack to eat.
Riveta with some cottage cheese, low fat marge
Obviously eat fruit instead of chocolate -add some veg to your dinner to make it a more wholesome meal rather than chips!
