Just wondering if anyone here has ever tried it and what were your results. I wanted to try it out, my neighbour, the nutritionist gave me the plan, and though she fully endorsed it, I'm afraid she may have done so because she wrote a book on the topic. So if anyone has experience in this, let me know.

my sister tried it. She was absolutely miserable the whole time she was on it. She's miserable anyway but her "miserabilityaliousness" got a lot worse. She's had a lot of success with the South Beach Diet but she just switched from that to a vegan "lifestyle" and she's doing fabulous on that.

(I hope Rachael comes in here and sees I made up a new word. )

Ive spoken to a lot of people who have done detox. They say you feel sick headachy for the first couple of days due to your body starting to expel all the toxins and withdrawing from all the fatty foods, coffee etc its gotten use too. But then after that initial period they said they felt great after doing it.

Beware tho if your on birth control cause one lady i know of who did it is now 12 weeks pregnant. It cleans EVERYTHING out of your body.
