Oh, sublingual drops! I can't drink oj . I am willing to give it a try just plain though. There is a good natural foods store close by.

I always just drop it right in my mouth. It's really not that bad, but I usually need to drink something, even water, after it stops burning just to get rid of the taste. I hope it works for you!

Thank you! I hope so too! One thing I have used for sore throats before is a Herbal tea called "Throat Coat" and is really helps. It has slippery elm or slippery bark or something like that, plus licorice and lemon and some other things. It is very soothing sweetened with a little honey.

A little bit of info about Chaga....
Chaga mushroom or Inonotus obliquus is known as King of Herbs or Nature’s
Silver Bullet. Folk medicine, especially in Siberia where these birch-loving fungi
grow in abundance, has long regarded the Chaga as a premiere remedy for
cancer. Recent research has proven Chaga mushrooms have the highest
antioxidant concentration of any known natural food, more than acai or
pomegranate. Chaga can’t be farmed and have to be hand-picked in Siberia.
The best way to get all nutrients and antioxidants from chaga is to make
Chaga herbal tea. Chaga tea has been used to treat various diseases such as
ulcers, cancer, diabetes, gastritis etc, boost energy, improve the immune
system, help digestion. Siberian chaga is non-toxic and has no side effects.
Tea form is supposed to be best, and tastes good too, which is a plus.
I will let you ladies know what I think once I try it!

I love natural products. I have started using aloe vera on my face, and honey as a mask. It works great. I clean with baking soda, vinegar, and peroxide. They work great.

Aloe grows so well here, we keep a few plants in the backyard and they grow faster than we use them. I just have to remember to cover them on nights when we get a frost. Another thing that I like is if you got too much sun but don't yet have a sunburn you can cut a tomato in half and rub it all over the effected area. It helps prevent you from getting a sun burn or from getting dry skin. Doesn't help at all once you actually have a sunburn though.
